No. Tutlio charges a flat subscription per tutor with unlimited students and lessons. Card payments go through Stripe at Stripe's rates; a "subscription only" plan without any platform fee on student payments is also available.
Not natively. Tutlio exports accounting data as XLSX files, syncs lessons to Google Calendar, and stores an online-lesson link on each lesson so you can use Zoom, Google Meet or any other tool. There is no public API or Zapier connector today. Teachworks advertises QuickBooks, Zapier, Zoom and API access on its Growth and Premium plans.
