No. Tutlio's subscription is a flat amount per tutor. Card payments are processed by Stripe at Stripe's standard rates; the standard plans add a platform fee on card payments collected through Tutlio, and the "subscription only" plan removes it entirely. Payments you record manually never carry a percentage.
Not as a separate module. Tutlio tracks enquiries from the public tutor page, keeps student and parent records with notes, files, attendance and payment history, and runs the waitlist. If your agency needs a specific intake or pipeline flow, we build it as a custom feature.
Yes. Tutlio tracks tutor hours and pay per subject and lesson type, applies company commission rules, and produces monthly tutor statements and invoices. Accounting data is exported as XLSX files rather than pushed into Xero or QuickBooks.
